When is the cutoff date to make any changes, updates, or cancelation to my subscription?You can make updates to your account at any time. Just make sure that any changes to size, style, billing/shipping address or if you wish to cancel your subscription to do so before the 1st of the month.

When am I billed each month?Your first order will be billed immediately. If you first ordered on or before the 15th of the month, you will be billed again on the 1st of the next month and on the 1st thereafter. If your first order was placed on the 16th or later, as a courtesy, your next billing period will skip a month to the 1st of the month to prevent being billed twice too closely to one another.

When will I receive my order?Your first order will ship within a week. Your subsequent orders will usually ship within a few days of successful renewal within the first week of the month. (Note: If your first order was placed on the 16th of the month or later, your second order will skip a month to the 1st of the following month to prevent billing twice too close to one another. Your orders will then be shipped on a regular monthly schedule near the 1st of the month afterwards.)
